Comments:
It was overcast and gloomy the entire time, but fortunately it didn't rain on me. Not that I mind swimming in the rain, but my bag o' stuff (including the clothes I had to put back on) were laying out in the could-get-rained-on.

Workout:
1 x 200
2 x 175
3 x 150
4 x 125
5 x 100
6 x 75
7 x 50

decreasing rest as the iterations increased and the distance decreased.

(I ran out of time so couldn't do the 8 x 25 that it should have ended with.)

Once again, had to pee badly by the end. I need to get that sorted out. Stop drinking 3 hours before I swim or something.

Ooo, I like the look of that workout ... you know, from a mathematical perspective.

Don't drink so much pool water?

My OCD made it very difficult to skip the 8 x 25. So very difficult.

And I have to practice drinking the water, in case Lake Placid's water is as pure and tasty as CdA's!
