Comments:The dreaded Critical Velocity (CV) workout again, this time on the track. That's 5 laps of the track for each iteration. Ugh. That's the downside. The up sides.. no annoying hill at the end of each iteration, you can actually check your progress on each lap to see if you're pacing well, and .. well, I guess we were less likely to get hit by cars in the dark.
Our first was slow. As we hit our 4th lap, first time, I said "The bad news is, we're 9 seconds off pace. The good news is.. that was still an 8:54 mile we just did." I'm not sure how long it's going to take me to get over the fact that I CAN run a sub-9 minute mile. Maybe if I can ever run a sub-8, that joy will replace the sub-9 and I'll get jaded.
Anyway, the rest of them were pretty much spot on for all the laps, then we'd end up speeding up a tad in the last couple laps.

For the 200s, we couldn't remember our goal, so we just ran. We thought our goal was 0:58, so I thought we were off on most of them. Looking it up now, our goal was 1:01.
